Rahima Food Corporation Ltd. was incorporated on 06 June, 1990 as a private limited company in Bangladesh under companies Act 1994. The company has subsequently been converted into a public limited company on 28 June, 1996 and went for Initial Public Offering of shares in 1997. The shares of the company are listed with Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd. and Chittagong Stack Exchange Ltd.
